Good afternoon,

All Gr. 8 students should come home today with their High School Registration forms. (Look for a purple sheet of paper)

The forms must be completed and returned to the school by the end of the day on

Friday, February 14, 2020 (as Feb 17^th there is no school)

Please note:

1.       The form should contain the student’s full legal name.

2.       The form must contain the same address that you have on file here at the school. It must be the current    residence of the student.

3.       You must choose two different High Schools. For example, you cannot put SJHS as both your first and        second choice as that form will not be accepted.

4.       The parent/guardian name should be printed and legible.

5.       The parent/guardian must sign the form.

6.       When the form is returned to the student’s Homeroom teacher, they will date stamp the day        and time the form was received.

7.       All High Schools begin their Open House evenings with a presentation at 6:00 pm.

Thursday, February 13            Snow date for Open House

Tuesday, February 18              Forms delivered to District Office

April 1-30                                 Placement letters sent out to families from the District Office
