Attached is another reminder of the final assessment schedule for this semester:  June 2021 Assessment Schedule.pdf 

• Regular bus runs are in place for each day of Final Assessments.  In addition, a bus will leave HVHS at 12:15 and make stops through the westside and along the Westfield Road, ending at the flashing light in Westfield. 
• Students are only required to be at school when they are writing an assessment
• The library and cafeteria are available as Study Hall areas during Assessment Week.  Students needing to be at school when not scheduled for an assessment can use these spaces.  (e.g. transportation issues require a student to take a morning bus but they do not have an assessment until the afternoon)

Final Report Cards for students in Grades 9 - 11 can be picked up on Friday, June 25.  They will be available from Homeroom teachers from 8:30 - 11:30.  After that point, they will be kept in the main office.  If a student is recommended for Summer School, phone calls home will be made prior to June 25 by Homeroom teachers.  Students can use school transportation in order to pick up report cards - or they can use an alternative way to stop in to school that day.
