​East-West Challenge

Next Monday, December 16,  is our annual East-West Basketball Challenge between HVHS and Simonds High School.  This year Simonds will be the hosts.  We are hosting a Pre-Game Party at Harbour View - $10 covers entry to both games, pizza here at HV, and transportation to and from Simonds.  For students and parents looking to attend the games without participating in the party, the Varsity Girls’ game begins at 6:00, while the Boys’ game starts at 8:00.

Turkey Dinner

Once again this year we will be having a school-wide Turkey Dinner leading up to Christmas.  The dinner will take place next Tuesday, December 17.  There is no charge for the dinner as it is paid for partially through Student Fees.  Thank you to all families who have paid this year’s fee.  If you have not, you can pay through SchoolCash Online (link can be found on the main page of our school website:  hvhs.nbed.nb.ca).  This dinner has become a tradition for us – and is an event many of our homerooms make a real celebration!

Christmas at Harbour View

Next Wednesday evening at 7:00 is our annual Christmas at Harbour View concert featuring students in our choirs and bands.  Tickets are $5.

Grade 9 Immunization

The immunizations originally scheduled for last week have now been re-scheduled for December 17.  If you have a grade nine student who has not brought home forms to be signed they can pick up another copy in the main office.

Yearbook orders

Parents are reminded that the last school day prior to Christmas Break will be Friday, December 20.  Students return on Tuesday, January 7​
