​Grad Class Auction

Information is attached about an upcoming auction to offset costs for Prom and Safe Grad.  Any support would be greatly appreciated.
 
Next week there will be a meeting for any potential grads with details about upcoming events, as well as dates and times for graduation, prom etc.   We will send that information home to families next week as well.
 
 
 
 
Yearbook – Last Chance
Only 2 weeks left to pre-order your 2019 yearbook.  The deadline is Friday, March 1st.    You can order your yearbook in the Library or online at jostensyearbooks.com.  The price is $55 cash or cheque OR a down-payment of $25 will reserve your copy until it arrives.
 
 
 
Picking up/Dropping off students
 
We encourage parents to have students use the transportation provided by the school district when possible.  If there is an instance when you do need to pick up your child at the end of the day, Douglas Avenue on the side opposite from Harbour View is the location to do this.  Our side of Douglas Avenue is a designated bicycle lane which should not be impeded. 
 
Vehicles are often blocking access to both driveways and the school parking lot off of Brunswick Place at the end of the day.  This is both an inconvenience and a safety hazard.  The Traffic Division of the Saint John Police Force has been contacted regarding this issue.  Please be mindful of the need to keep open a path which allows the flow of traffic up this street and through the school property.
 
 
 
PowerSchool
 
Just a reminder that our daily announcements are available through the PowerSchool Public Portal.  Click on “Daily Bulletin” to keep up to date on what is happening each day. 
 
With Semester 2 now getting into full swing, marks will begin to be entered into PowerSchool as well.  If you do not have access, please contact the school office and we can set you up.
