New Brunswick-Québec Student Exchange Program for the 2014-2015school year


Program description, applications, and all other information is now available and can be accessed on the portal at the following URL address: https://portal.nbed.nb.ca/tr/lp/special/French/Pages/default.aspx.

Below is a summary of the key steps for the process:
. Teacher accesses application forms on the portal: https://portal.nbed.nb.ca/tr/lp/special/French/Pages/default.aspx. 
. Student Application is completed by March 28, 2014. 
. Students are interviewed by liaison teacher (if student is a suitable candidate)
. The school principal considers approval of applicant Student Application and Interview Schedule) on behalf of the school
. School submits forms to FSL Subject Area Coordinator by April 11, 2014
 
NEW for 2014-2015
This year families will have to agree to a criminal record check.  This will be requested only after a successful twinning has happened and both twins have accepted the exchange partner.  Please ensure that you use the new application form which reflects this change of process.
