​Such an interesting class!!! We have been discussing world issues - labor rights for children (and the lack thereof), Civil Rights Activists, importance of the United Nations - to name a few topics. Our current world pandemic of COVID-19 is a topic that we would undoubtedly be discussing this week. Students would have plenty of questions about it.

Pretend you are in class. Write a list of 5 questions that you would like answers to. There are no silly questions. I will do my best to answer all of them when I return.

Social and economic issues around this serious topic will also be discussed. Consider my questions:

1. How did this virus affect you socially? (gatherings with friends)

2. What are some economic i(money) issues you might be facing? If not you or your family, how does this affect a resturant in your town? What about your swimming pool services? What happened with Hockey? Why did this happen? Was it necessary? 

OH boy!!! I cannot wait to hold these discussions any many others with all of you!
