Student Immunizations

Public Health Nurses have been reviewing immunization records for students.  Several students have been identified as not having the proper documentation within their school records.  Letters from Public Health are going home with those students today.  If you have questions, there is a number on the form which you can use to speak with a Public Health Nurse.

Photos of school events

Do you attend your child's sporting events? The HVHS yearbook and school paper is always looking for good quality team and action shots of our sports teams. If you are willing to share original photos (not copied from Facebook or other social media) we'd sure love to have them.

You can email original pics to:

christie.mcdonald@nbed.nb.ca

OR

have your child bring them to school on a flash drive and deliver it to Ms. McDonald in Room 307. I will be sure to return the flash drive to your child.

Emergency Procedures

Attached is a document detailing Emergency Procedures in place within our school.  We practice procedures throughout the year – and will be practicing a Lock Down within the coming days.  Parent Info Letter - Emergency Procedures.pdf

Student Fees

Just a reminder that a $40 Student Fee should be paid as soon as families are able.  These fees help to fund school activities, guest speakers, co- and extra-curricular activities, locker maintenance and more.  You are encouraged to pay through SchoolCashOnline – a link can be found on the Harbour View High School website:  hvhs.nbed.nb.ca

Any student whose fees are paid by September 30 will be entered into a draw for some HVHS swag.
