A reminder to students who are playing on the field. If your ball goes outside the fence, you must use the gate and walk around to retrieve it, you should not jump the fence. This is for safety reasons. In the past, we have had students rip open their hands and legs on the zip ties, the yellow cover or the fence itself. It leaves a nasty gash requiring stitches and we don’t want that for you! Walk around to get your ball if it goes outside the fence.

And a reminder for inside the building, staff are noticing that there are many students gathering in the washrooms. Washrooms are not a hang out spot, go in, do your business, wash your hands and get out. If it is busy, line up outside the door in the hall, no need to crowd the urinals, the stalls and the sinks.

An update on our Bottle Drive, we collected $969 on Saturday morning! Yippee! We will be using the funds for QMS  next year. Thank you!

And an announcement about our Call to Action bracelets and Freezie celebration campaign wrap up. Due to the rainy weather conditions predicted for later this week, we will hold off and do the grand finale of our campaign next week. Mr. Stu will explain it all in next week's Take 5 for SEL.
