A teacher or an EA should be handing out the lunches that are delivered to classes. We are finding that mistakes are being made, students are receiving / eating items that are not on their order slip.

Parents, plase let your child know when and what you have ordered. We have many students who think they have lunch ordered but do not have an order on the list. Or students who pack a lunch and are not aware that hot lunch has been ordered for them.

Hands, feet and words to self! Always be kind!

Friday, April 12

A safety concern was brought to our attention yesterday at lunch. Students were addressed because they are hiding around and under the bus that is parked at the end of our parking lot. NEVER hide under any parked vehicle! This is such a potentially dangerous situation. Please do not play around the parked cars or near the bus that is parked.

Another issue that is more a respect and fair play item. If a student brings their own ball to school to use at lunch, unless you are invited to join the group, do not interfere with the ball. You aren’t allowed to run onto the court or field to steal a ball during an organized game, so please do not steal the ball when students are outside playing at lunch.
