​This is a message for all parents or guardians of grade 7/8 students. Public Health nurses will be coming to our school on November 10, 2022 to offer the grade 7/8 students’ vaccines. We encourage you to make sure your child has had breakfast and snacks available for after the immunizations. Please ask that your child wear a short-sleeved shirt. All students are eligible to receive a vaccine against Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (whooping cough), and a vaccine against Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Reminder to grade 8 parents that no action is required as the consents that were completed last academic year are valid for this year to complete the HPV series.

If the consent form has not been completed online (grade 7 parents only), please do so before the school clinic date. These consents should be completed whether the student is being immunized or not.
