​Final Assessment: What does it mean to be a citizen?

Students will write, type or record audio answering the question "What does it mean to be a citizen?". They need to include at least 3 different ​developed ideas, using examples and answering the question "why?". This should have a length of roughly 3 pages, double spaced, or 4-5 minutes of audio.

We will have 4 periods in class to work on this (Friday October 2nd-Wednesday October 7th), including some conferencing and peer-editing. The final copy is due on Thursday October 8th at the beginning of the period.
