To all Kindergarten Creeker Families:

A kind reminder to ask you to complete the survey below if you have yet had a chance to do so. This survey will better inform our teachers about your child so that we can make an informed decision around classroom placement as well as get to know your child in advance to support their transition to Kindergarten.
