​Memo for Garden Creek Parents and Guardians

Good afternoon, Creeker Families!

What weather we are having – we hope you enjoyed the weekend and the beautiful temperatures.

Bottle Drive Thank you - Thank you to all our families who donated refundable bottles to our school – as of this time, we have raised $340 and counting.  Funds are going toward our Creekers Helping Creekers as needs arise. 

We had a great day on Friday as the members of the UNB Reds Soccer  team came out to run some drills with our students at noon hour as well as to officially “open” our soccer nets ( there was  a green ribbon cutting! )

Reminders :

Bussing – As much as playdates for students are fun after school,  as per District policy, we cannot accommodate students  travelling on their friend’s bus. Parents need to make their own arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.    

Hot Lunch – hot lunch is starting tomorrow with Papa John’s Pizza. Please send a lunch with your child if they are not getting pizza ( that you would have had to preorder) . This is only for this week. Next week, we will be adding Chartwell’s into the mix on Thursdays.

1^st Parent School Support Committee this Tuesday – If you would like to find out what our Garden Creek PSSC is all about, please come to our initial meeting this Tuesday at 6:30 in our library.  We are only able to accept 12 voting members but all parents are welcome to attend meetings.  We want to hear your voice!
