Memo to Garden Creek Parents and Guardians
 Monday, May 29th, 2017
Good afternoon, Creeker Families :

Later this week, we will be into the month of June - just a few weeks left to continue to push through and keep the learning and growing happening. As for me, last week I was at a Principal's conference and learned about Leading Innovative Change, more points around the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, skills for supporting students with anxiety, Citizenship Education and a couple other interesting sessions. Will share as we go!

Track and Field - congrats to all our 3-5s as they took part in our track and field event right here at GC! Thanks to all our volunteers and staff in making this possible, especially Mme. Plourde! Good luck to those students going forward to Districts this Thursday.

Dogs on the Property - a reminder that if you need to walk your dog to school, that it needs to stay by the fence by the parking lot for student safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Dogs on the property :  When I mentioned keeping them by the fence, I meant on the other side of our driveway by the parking lot, there is actually no fence there. Thanks for your understanding.
