​We began the Geometry unit today by reviewing the terms perimeter and circumference and applying the terms in a couple of word problems: pages 121 and 122 of the workbook.

Then students practiced converting between units in the imperial and metric systems by working on the handout, Converting Imperial Units Worksheet. They were given a conversion handout to use for this exercise.  We also reviewed the units for the Imperial system on page 124 of the workbook.
