​Today is March 21^st, and it’s Downs Syndrome Awareness Day which means we are rocking our socks!!! Roll up your pant legs and show off your mismatched, colourful socks!

Athletics:  Volleyball Intramurals – Mighty Ducks vs Shortiez and Smashers vs Mighty Chicks

The JV Boys Volleyball team will practice tonight 6-7:30pm.

The Varsity Boys and the JV Girls Volleyball team will practice on today 3-4:30pm.

Wellness Centre:  

Art: The Art room will be open at lunch this week for GRADE 6 students only who are working to complete art projects.

Library:  The March Madness book tournament continues. Take a look at the library bulletin board each week and vote on your favorite book. Voting ballots are available at the Librarian’s desk.

Music:  Singing Club, you have noon hour practice today in the Music room.  Please bring your lunch!

Hello Beginner Band members:  You have practice today after school until 4:30pm.

Senior Band, you have a band practice today during the second half of lunch.

Tech:  Tech room computers will only be available for grade 7 students who have not completed their work, this is in effect until the end of the term.

PRIDE Passes – Ballots from grade 7 and grade 8 today. One student went out of their way to thank a guest speaker and the other put all the chairs up. Thanks!

Other: Keep bringing in your can tabs. We finish Term 2 this week and we’ll award points for the top collectors. Collections continues until the end of the school year so keep collecting!
