​Sports:

Attention all Runners! There will be a meeting in the gym at 12:10 (second half of lunch) for ALL students interested in being part of Cross Country. Information sheets will be given at the meeting, attendance at this meeting is mandatory for anyone who would like to join our running club. 

Varsity Boys Soccer Tryouts continue afterschool today from 3:00-4:30pm. A call back list will be posted Monday morning outside the gym. The final selection will take place on Tuesday from 3:00-4:30 for those students who are selected.  

Art:

The Art room will be open each day during the second half of lunch for classes currently taking art. 

Other:

Grade 6 teachers are asked to send their t-shirt numbers to Mme Spinks, t-shirts will be distributed today. ​

It’s time to get the Class Competition started! Team names are to be sent to Mme Spinks by Friday at noon. If you send in your name on time, you will receive your first points of the competition. We will be having a school pride day on Friday, all staff and students are encouraged to wear their school logo clothing or burgundy and gold on Friday. Class points will be awarded according to the percentage of students participating. 

If you are a returning student, you may purchase a lock for $10 from the Office.  If you are a new student, please ask your teacher for a lock.

For lockers…a reminder that you should only be going to your locker when you arrive in the morning to gather your materials for Periods 1, 2 & 3; next visit will be before lunch; after lunch you will collect your items for Period 4; before Period 5 (at the 5 minute break), you gather your Period 5 books and lunch boxes ready to take home at end of day.  You do not return to your locker at end of day.

Stay to the right when travelling in the hallways.

Students are reminded to wear a mask and have a spare mask in their backpack.  The office has a limited supply.  If you have no mask you will be required to contact home to have two delivered to you.

Reminder of student fees that are payable on SchoolCash.  Students should get their student number from their homeroom teacher.  Cougar Swag is now on the SchoolCash site.
