GSA: Will meet in Mme. White’s Classroom, Room #229 at lunch.

ROOTED KNIGHTS is cancelled this week as Mrs. Drost is not here today, however, if students want to eat their lunch in her classroom and work on Christmas cards for the Shannex they are permitted to do so in room 404.

BLUE TONES will be rehearsing today afterschool in the music room.

Good luck to the KVHS SWIM TEAM who will be competing at Provincials at the Aquatic Centre this Friday.  Students are asked to be at the pool for 9:45 am.

TABLETOP ALLIANCE: Today is open game day! Come have lunch and learn so new games.

ATTENTION GRADE 11 AND 12: Any students interested in Apprenticeships. Apprenticeship NB will be in The Work Room during Period 3 on Thursday, December 7th. There is a signup sheet for the presentation in Guidance. Make sure you have your Period 3 teachers’ permission.

HEY KV: Chris Saunders Memorial Elementary Home & School is looking for student volunteers to help them host their 2nd Annual Holiday Yule on Friday December 8^th from 5-9pm. If you are interested, please come to the office for the contact email.

Are you an Indigenous Youth interested in Art? There are workshops this weekend Dec. 8^th and 9^th that you could attend for free. Please see Mrs. McCord to sign up ASAP in the art Room #141.

CANDY CANE DAY: Friday, December 8^th is Candy Cane Day. Come to school dressed in all the red, white, and green you can find!!!

HEY KVHS:  The grade 11 music class is having a Seasonal Showcase is on Tuesday, December 12th starting at 7 pm. We are having musical performances from the grade 11 music class, Harry Miller Middle School, as well as the KV concert band, Jazz Band, Rock Band, Choir, Dance Team, and other special guests. We hope to see you there!
Admission is by donation.

From December 7th until December 15th, we will be collecting items for the Romero house. This event will be run as a grade war between each grade. Our school wide goal is 250 items, and you can find a list of the items we are looking for on KVs social media and on the lists in the main lobby.
All the items you bring need to be put in the bins under you grade in the main lobby.
