MAS Families. Well I think Spring is finally in the air!! As the days go from
cold mornings to nice mild afternoons, please have a discussion with your child
about proper dress for outdoor play, and what your expectations are for what
they should be wearing outside. Many want to take off coats, hats, etc.
also keep in mind that our playground becomes very wet as the snow
melts. It is best to keep a change of clothes in your child's backpack (socks,
Breakfast Program- Tuesday (April
16, 2019) - Breakfast will be bagels and fruit. When the
students arrive at school,
if they wish to come have breakfast, please remind them to come in our grade
3-5 door. We will take off our boots, put our coats and book bags in classroom then head down to the
gymnasium to enjoy breakfast together. When the bell rings and once students are
finished, they will head up to class to start their day with full bellies.
Caluthumpians- Calithumpians will be visiting on
Tuesday, April 16th to perform "Many Hands Make Life Work". The
presentation shares stories about recycling, volunteering, and being a good
citizen. They will also do a one hour workshop with our drama students
after their performance.
NO SCHOOL- Reminder there is no school on Friday,
April 19 and Monday, April 22.
Papa John’s Pizza- Please note that the 2 school closure days
for missed Pizza orders on January 21 and February 25 will be compensated in
the month of May. Your child’s Pre-PAID
orders will be noted and attached to the May Pizza form coming home on April 15
for your reference.
