​Hello MAS Families. We had a wonderful outdoor Remembrance Day ceremony. The weather was perfect! Each class shared a poem about Remembrance Day that they had learned. Please ask your child to share it with you, if they have not done so. We posted a few pictures from the day on our twitter account- @AveMcadam

Information/Reminders

Friday, November 20- No school for students.

Diversity and Respect week- Part of creating a positive learning environment in our school is by respecting and accepting everyone for who they are. This week in class students will be engaged in learning and activities to help students feel safe, feel connected, and increase their sense of belonging at school.  

Sarah’s Soap Fundraiser- Fundraising forms went home this week. Please let us know if you will need another order form. To encourage funds to be raised, we will be rewarding the top selling class with a Frozen Yogurt party!

Parent Teacher Interviews- Just to let you know in advance, our Parent-teacher interviews this term will be online through teams or done via telephone.

Christmas Concert- This year our concert will be virtual. Stay tuned for information.

December 18- Last day before Christmas
