​Good afternoon, Hubbard Families.

Reminder that October 17^th to 21^st will be safe schools’ week. During this week, we will practice our Fire, Evacuation and Lock Down Drills throughout the week. Classes will be discussing online safety, bus safety and personal safety and encourage families to practice their own drills at home.

Last Thursday kicked off our "Themed Thursdays", with Hat Day as our theme.  Every Thursday for the rest of the year, we will have a different theme.  Students and staff are welcome to pay $1 or bring an item for the food bank to participate each week.  We will have a donation bin set up in the lobby from now until Christmas, all money raised will also be donated to the Oromocto Food Bank.  After Christmas, we will choose a different charity to help.  

Thursday, October 20^th will be “school colours day”. Bring your loonie or food donation.

A written note must be sent to the classroom teacher for any changes to the end of the day routine. Calls within 1 hour of the school end of day will not be guaranteed. Please remain in your car and wait for the child to be dismissed at end of day to keep the pick-up line moving smoothly.

Reminder we are still in need of donations for the Halloween Fun Night. Please have them to the school by October 25^th.

Reminder that on Tuesday, October 18^th, Grade 4 Ball Hockey will be taking place in the gym from 3:15 to 4:45.
