Culinary 110/120

​We are focusing on Pies in Culinary.  We have studied pies and now we have made a few.  The week we return from March Break we will be continuing with pies.  They are learning how to make pie crust and fillings.  They will be making; Pumpkin, Apple, Blueberry, Coconut Cream, Butterscotch and Lemon.
