Animal writing project

​Shortly our students will be beginning a writing project about a Canadian animal of their choosing. I am asking that they have 2-3 options that they would like to write about ready by Monday so we can begin gathering information and brainstorming their ideas. Please be proactive and come with more than one option in case there are more than one student interested or they have difficulty locating information. In their writing project, students will be expected to describe their animal's physical characteristics, their role in the food chain (what they eat, their predators, etc) and their habitat.
