  • $700 scholarship
  • Enrolled in an automotive aftermarket industry-related program or curriculum at a Canadian college or university.
  • Includes students pursuing their studies as an automotive apprentic.
  • Includes studies in auto body, hard parts, heavy duty, or motive power (machinists).

Schulich Leader Scholarships
The Schulich Leader Scholarship is open to any grade 12 student pursuing a degree in STEM. (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) at the 20 participating Universities. Please visit the Schulich website to get a full list of participating Universities or click on the link below.

The Schulich application is a 2-part process. Only one nominee will be selected.

 

PART 1 Selecting a Nominee

 

Your written proposal should include the following:

 

1.    What program and university you are applying.

2.    The name of 2 references

3.    Name your top three achievements (academics or other)

4.    Description of where you see yourself in the next 10 years. (50 word maximum)

5.    Please submit a written proposal that outlines why you would be a good candidate for the Schulich Leader scholarship.  Your written proposal should include academic excellence, leadership and financial need.

 

Once completed please submit your written proposal to Ms. Kokoski at the main office. 

 

The deadline to turn in this application is January 16th 2023.

Terry Fox Humanitarian Award
Involvement in voluntary humanitarian work.

 
Canadian citizens or landed immigrants.

 
Undergraduates studying towards their first university degree or diploma at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Canada.

 
Maintain a satisfactory academic standing and continued involvement in voluntary humanitarian and community work.

Kin Canada Bursaries
Kin Canada Bursaries, a program of the Hal Rogers Endowment Fund (HREF).

 
Must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant.

 
Must be a full-time student in the process of graduating from high school or currently studying or registered at a post-secondary institution.

 
Must complete the current application form and submit it to the Kinsmen, Kinette or Kin Club closest to their permanent residence by February 1. Bursary winners are notified before June 30 by their sponsoring club.

 
Will be evaluated on their community and school involvement, knowledge of Kin Canada and financial need.
