​ N4/N5-Demonstrate and understanding of ratio and rates. Solve problems that involve rates, ratios and proportional reasoning.

An introduction today to N4-N5.  Notes were taken for the journal. 

Homework: Classwork assigned for homework p.266 4 -5-6-7-8 (9-12 enrichment ex.)

 Always a good idea to review notes in student's journal. 

Extra help is always available on Tuesdays or other days upon request. All students who are absent need to copy notes from another student. It is their responsibility to catch up on missed work. 

SCIENCE: 7/8 H, 8E, 8D, 8G​. 

​Students have prepared the content of their portfolio for TERM 1 to be taken home. Students also got their latest assessment mark in Science.

Students submitted their research for STSE-Current event.  STSE: Assignment -- Big idea "How does Science and Technology interact with and advance one another".  Assignment was due -Tuesday, November 28.

CLASSWORK:  We marked p. 52 1 to 3.  Questions 1 to 6 were assigned p. 59 in textbook.

PDCP:  Today Nov.29-Students reviewed what is a smart goal.  Will be required to hand in a new assignment for next Friday (December 8th). 

All students who are absent need to copy notes from another student. It is their responsibility to catch up on missed work.
