Guiding Stars Field Trip

​We had a wonderful field trip to the Super Store today. Michelle taught us about the guiding stars program. Ask your child about the stars on each of the foods within the store and what they mean. We also learned about the different colors of fruits and vegetables and what part of the body they help! The special colors include: Red, Green, and Orange. We had a healthy snack at the end of our tour and we were all given some goodies to take home with us too! :)
