Raegan Scott – Nighthawk of the Month for Initiative, Inclusivity and

Reliability
 

This award is presented in recognition of your initiative, inclusivity and reliability at Nackawic High School. Early this school year, you expressed an interest in helping with TADD initiatives. You have a project on the go that is very important to you and that will benefit our student body. You have also stepped up to be the spokesperson at the meetings. You are also a dedicated member of the Best Buddies group. You have been energetic and completely involved in the organization and preparation of student events, making sure that each buddy has been included. You are also involved in Prom committee and Student Leadership, while playing on the Varsity Girls Soccer Team. In addition to your extracurricular commitments, you maintain high academics and you are friendly and outgoing. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for September, 2018.


 

Emilia MacFarlane – Nighthawk of the Month for Inclusivity and Reliability 

This award is presented in recognition of your inclusivity and reliability at Nackawic High School. You have been a dedicated member of the Best Buddies group since school began this year. You have been energetic and completely involved in the organization and preparation of student events, making sure that each buddy has been included, often adding extra visitation times to your schedule. You are reliable and the group would not be as successful without your participation. You are also involved in Prom committee and Student Leadership, while playing on the Varsity Girls Soccer Team. You also maintain a high academic average in all courses. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for September, 2018.

 
Cassidy Wilson – Nighthawk of the Month for Inclusivity and Reliability

Anneline Lorenz - Nighthawk of the Month for Involvement 

This award is presented in recognition of your involvement at Nackawic High School. Despite being not only new to Nackawic High School, but to the country, you seem to fit in like you have always been here. You have joined numerous clubs and activities, including Varsity Girls Soccer, Reach for the Top, Drama and Bonnie Kilburn Dancing, to name a few. Despite working in your second language, you are an active participant in the classroom and you are excelling in all of your courses. You are well-liked and respected by all of your peers and teachers.. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for September, 2018.

 
Dominique Jean – Nighthawk of the Month for Attitude and Leadership
 
This award is presented in recognition of your positive attitude and leadership at Nackawic High School. You are a joy to have in any class. You work hard academically, you are always willing to help and you always have a positive attitude. Your joie de vivre is contagious and it is difficult for anyone around you to be in a bad mood. You have also shown leadership in several aspects of our school music program. You can often be found in the band room at lunchtime playing music with friends and teaching them new chords. You are an excellent peer mentor in your Music 10 class, where you have been teaching guitar to your classmates. Despite playing six instruments, you were more than willing to take on a challenge in beginner band by attempting French horn because the band needed it. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected ​
