Austin Estey – Nighthawk of the
Month for Citizenship
This award is presented in recognition of your citizenship at NHS. You always have a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor. You do not hesitate to do the little things to brighten the days of those around you. Actions such as holding the door for students and staff and greeting everyone with a friendly “good morning” and a smile do not go unnoticed and are very much appreciated. You are also very proud to have been recently accepted to the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves. You are a role model to all students. Congratulations on being selected Nighthawk of the Month for January, 2018.
Dominique Jean – Nighthawk of the Month for
Academics and Positive Attitude
This award is presented in recognition of your academic achievement and positive attitude at NHS. You are a great student. You work hard in class, complete all work on time, and always hand in high quality work. You are a pleasure to have in class, always showing initiative and a great attitude. You always have something nice and positive to say to everyone. When you encounter challenges, you always rise to the occasion and try your best, never putting yourself down. You are an excellent student, performing well in your subjects and always submitting your assignments on time. Your behavior in class is consistently exemplary. You are a calming influence for other students. You are always helpful, pleasant and kind to your classmates and teachers. You are a role model to all students. Kalie Clark – Nighthawk of the Month for
Hard Work and Dedication
This award is presented in recognition of your hard work and dedication at Nackawic High School. You are a great student to have in any class. You are always in a great mood and you volunteer to help out in any way you can. Even though you miss some time because of health issues you work hard at getting caught up. You are very responsible and never use missed time as an excuse. Each day you truly show how much you enjoy being a Nighthawk. You are a role model to all students. Month for Leadership
