​My name is Tarah McMaster and I work on programming and student engagement at Women in Capital Markets (WCM). At WCM our mission is to accelerate equity, diversity, and inclusion across the finance industry. 

WCM’s In2Fin (formerly SheBiz) is a free, half-day, virtual event for high school students of all genders in Grades 9-12 and CEGEP on November 24, 2021 from 12:00–3:00 PM EST.

The event will welcome speakers from some of Canada's largest financial institutions, current university students from across the country and educational leaders from Hackergal.

In2Fin aims to:

· Increase awareness of rewarding career paths in finance and STEM

· Inspire students to continue their STEM education

· Introduce students to industry role models and show how a career in finance can make an impact
