​     Last week was Safe Schools Week.  You may hear your child talking about the fire drill, lock-down and evacuation procedures.

     Popcorn day is now on Thursday.

     In math, we are doing lots of counting.  We are practicing counting from 0 to 20 by ones and twos.  When your child can do this with ease, it is time to start challenging them to count backwards from 20 to 0.  These are all grade one outcomes.
