Currently students are working on essays.  In today's class I talked about different ways to create an introduction.  Students had a few notes on political activists and civil rights activists.  Students were given time to search for their topic and start their reading/researching on their topic.  Tomorrow's class will be focusing on a thesis statement and research.  ​(April 4, 2017)
