· Develop, implement, communicate and manage all Human Resources and Payroll services for the District.
· All Labour relations
· Interpretation and administration of:
o CUPE 1253 & CUPE 2745 Collective Agreement
o Teachers’ Collective Agreement
o NBUPPE Collective Agreement
o Non-Bargaining Policies for Part II
· Policy/Guideline/Regulation/Act interpretation and administration as they apply to Human Resources
· Coordinate the investigation of complaints and concerns -- Policy 701, Workplace Harassment, Human Rights, etc.
· Investigate and/or review complaints and concerns to facilitate equitable resolutions and avoid grievances.
· Staffing and recruitment in compliance with District policy, needs and goals.
