Hello amazing students and equally fantastic parents!

You all have your report cards and have shared them with your parents and have filled out the goals section and have signed it!  Thank you, I anticipate it`s return.

I will be giving the classes a `Étude indépendente` to work on for the next week or two in class.  I use the textbook as a resource during the year and refer to it and take questions out to work on when I assign class work or plan my lessons.  I feel that you all need some practice navigating a text and finding information that will help you to have a better comprehension of the topics.  Hence the handout and guide you will follow to:  create your own notes, to be more autonomous in your learning, to increase your grit and to improve your confidence in your own learning.

​I have posted copies of the assignment in the documents section for both 7 and 8. This will be a class assignment done IN class but if you would like to borrow a text please come and see me and I will issue you one.

PS.  The Ppt on rapports might help you....

There is no due date for this assignment as of yet, I would like to see how it goes first and then we will come to a conclusion together.  The end assignment will be an open book test (you may use the text, the assignment sheet, YOUR OWN NOTES  (HA!!), a calculator and pencil.  You will only be asked information that was included in the sections you were asked to read:)

Date for the Open Book TEST will be decided soon, you wioll have at least 3 days to prepare!
