Hello!

I hope you all had a great two days off studying!!! 

Today 7I and 8I wrote the multiple choice part​ of the exam and tomorrow they will write the long answer.

Today 8H will write both parts of the exam during 3erd and 6th periods.

Tomorrow 8E will write both parts during 1st and 4th periods.

Next week all the classes will ahvea  5 minute mental math quiz (timed and no calculators).  There are 6 questions and they will have 5 minutes.  This will be added to their exam mark.

Next week the students will recieve their Pythagoras spirals (sorry for the delay).  We will be posting them in the classroom and students will recieve a marked rubric.

I am hoping to have exams marked and returned by February Monday February 13 at the latest (There are students who need to write after returning from illness etc...) We will be reviewing this as a class and you will be able to keep it.  Students who wish to improve their mark should they recieve a 2 will have an opportunity during that week.
