​MATH.  Worked on concepts such as Two-Digit Subtraction, Mental Math, Measuring Lines, Rounding Numbers, Place Value, and Division Facts.

LITERACY.  Read a few chapters from THE ICE MONSTER by David Walliams, read independently for 15 minutes, and worked in our Writing Folders.

HEALTH.  Continued our EMPATHY workshop with Mr. Campbell.

SOCIAL STUDIES.  Began work on our First Nations in Early Canada Workbook.

Art.  Drew a picture of a Teddy Bear holding a Heart for our classroom bulletin board.

I made a mistake on the date for our next skating expedition.  Students in Grades 3-5 are going to the York Arena on February 19th. Be sure to bring your skates and helmet.
