​WHAT DID WE DO TODAY?

LITERACY. Read a few chapters from THE ICE MONSTER by David Walliams. Read quietly for 15 minutes. Worked in our Writing Folders.

MATH. Reviewed Missing Numbers on a Number Line, Mental Math, What's the Number?, Ordering Numbers, Two-Digit Subtraction, and The Closest Number. We also worked on In and Out Boxes to practice addition, subtraction, and patterns.

HEALTH. We continued exploring EMPATHY with Mr. Campbell.

SOCIAL STUDIES.  We assembled a booklet entitled Home Life in Early Canada to be used as a resource in our upcoming unit.

ART. Followed directions to draw a MONKEY.
