WHAT DID WE DO TODAY?

LITERACY. Read a few chapters from THE ICE MONSTER by David Walliams, read independently for 15 minutes, and worked in our Writing Folders while focusing on our individual Write Goals.

MATH. Spiral Review - Missing Numbers on a Number Line, Repeated Addition, The Value of a Digit, Before and After, Telling Time, and Representing Money. Continued practicing Multiplication of 2-Digit by 1-Digit Numbers while completing Pirate Products No. 3 Color-by-Number.  We played a round of Multiplication BINGO later in the day.

SCIENCE.  Made a batch of Insta-Snow. Today's experiment exposed students to the classification of chemicals called polymer.

ART.  Followed directions to draw a CARTOON PEACOCK. 

GYM.  Mr Moore handed out Fitness Journal Forms for students to complete over the next twelve days.  Directions are printed on the Forms.  Please return when completed.
