Weekly What's Up?

​Hello, 

I hope that everyone had a wonderful long weekend. 
This month, we will be learning about describing our friends and our feelings in French. We will also be working in math to become stronger skip counters, and familiar with the names of shapes in French. 

Today in our communication bags there are new words, last year's library card that you can keep, and a form to fill out for parent teacher interviews. For parent teacher interviews it allows you to pick the 3 best times that would work for you and your family and then we will confirm you time in the report card envelope. If you would like to meet on Wednesday afternoon rather than on Thursday evening or Friday morning then I am available at for a time that works based on when you are coming for another child. Let me know on the form if Wednesday would be better for you as I can make it work. 

Some important dates coming up:

Thursday Nov. 16- Zumba is happening at lunch for $2.00
Monday, Nov. 20- Report cards go home 
Thursday, Nov. 23- Hot Lunch Orders due for December- Parent-teacher interviews in the evening
Friday, Nov. 24- No school for students: Parent-teacher interviews
