What's up this week?

Hello,​

We have had a good two first months together learning all kinds of words and phrases in French. I am very proud of everyone's progress. 

Today, in everyone's communication bag, I sent home a mini- progress report. There are two sheets. One is where I find your child to be with behaviors in the classroom at this time.
The second page is an evaluation/ oral interview that I completed with your child at some point over the last week. 
If there are any questions or concerns that you would like to speak to me about, feel free to contact me. If you could sign and return both of these sheets at your earliest convenience that would be greatly appreciated. 

  • A reminder that Family Fun Night is tomorrow from 6-7:30, I look forward to seeing many of you. Children can wear costumes tomorrow night if they would like. 
  • Please no costumes on Halloween (Tuesday) as we wouldn't want anything to happen to them before trick-or-treating, to wear orange and black is a great alternative. 
  • Picture retakes are November 6th.
  • BPS will hold a Pumpkin contest on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 30 and 31)

o     Teachers will carve/decorate pumpkins for display in the lobby
  Students can vote on their favourite: 50 cents/vote or 3/$1.00
   Names will be drawn for students to win each pumpkin
   Donations will go to UNICEF. If you want to participate, please                      send money in labelled envelop.​

Thank you for your continued support! I can not believe that it will be November next week!
