​Happy October!

We will be learning all about our families in French this month. We will continue to review our a, and e sounds. We also began working on the i sound today. I sent home some things in our show what you know duo-tang. Students should be able to describe the pattern that we made. We were working on printing our letters this afternoon. Everyone can benefit from some extra practice at home.  In math, we are still working on finishing up our patterns but will also begin to work more on our numbers. 

We will be doing a little Thanksgiving project as we learn about "L'action de grâce". We will be discussing things that we are thankful for.

Some important dates:                                                                                                       

October 4th: Home and School Meeting at 6:30

 October 9th: No school. Thanksgiving  

October 10th: Santa's Little Helper catalog orders are due.    

October 16th: Picture Day!
