It is hard to believe that we are already into the last week of September! 

A reminder that today is early dismissal for PD for teachers. Students will be dismissed at 10:45!
Hot lunch orders for October are due on Thursday, September 28th.
Student fees are due by Friday, September 29th. ($50)
I sent home the October calendar on Friday. Next Wednesday, October 4th there is a home and school meeting at 6:30. 

This week we are reviewing all of what we have learned so far in literacy as we will be working on a project at the end of the week to show what we know. We are practicing how to introduce ourselves, our age, grade, eye and hair colour, as well as commonly used words around the classroom. I am very impressed with our progress! 
During math we will continue working on our numbers and patterns. Everyone seems to have a good understanding of patterns, finding them and making them.
