​Are you a CUPE 2745 member that did not receive your pay equity adjustment payment?

As a result of a recent Court of Appeal decision, the Government of New Brunswick has a legal obligation to pay employees who were members of CUPE 2745 between April 2012 and September 2016 pay equity adjustments for time worked during that period. While most members received their adjustments during that time, there are some members that were previously denied their request for a pay equity adjustment. If you were denied your pay equity adjustment and worked from the period of April 1, 2012, you can contact your former district to request any adjustments that are owed.
