For teachers who deliver Precision Reading as an intervention to students, please note that you can quickly and efficiently take an image of a text from any source and easily convert it into a Word document for easy formatting by using an App. This will save you a lot of time as will no longer need to re-type the text before formatting it.  Here are 3 apps that will do this for you.  If you need additional support, you may contact Tim Lukie, technology mentor for ASD-S. textgrabber - $5.99 – iphone – converts images of text into actual text – uses a phone/iPad with built in camera –

imagetotext – free – need email to send it
Prizmo - $4.99 – accurate – will read text back to you
