CONGRATULATIONS to the Players and a big thank you to the coaches: Cliff Richards, Chris Moran and Mr. Gilliland!  A great day of Flag Football for HMS!!! Double Gold!!!

·         JV Coe-ed flag football team lost RPS in the Round Robin, defeated Saint John the Baptist, defeated Shediac and advanced to the semifinals where they defeated QMS and advanced to the Championship game against RPS and won capturing the JV Co-ed Flag Football Championship!!! Way to go HMS! 

·        Varsity Boys Team got the tournament started with big wins over Barnhill and St. Stephen on Friday night.  The boys lost to Princess Elizabeth team, then defeating Beaconsfield.  The boys finished the round robin and advance to the Semi-Final, where the defeated a very challenging game against Bayside Middle School.  Our boys advanced to the Championship playing defeating last year’s champs Milledgeville North in a very tough game and capturing the Varsity Boys Flag Football Championship!!! Way to go HMS!

On the Go Today:

·         Optional track and field practice in the Gym and on the soccer field (weather permitting) from 3-4PM. 

·         Track participants need to see Mr. Throop today and get their Track and Field permission slips.

In the Gym at Noon 2^nd Half:

·         Students can play soccer (limit 28 students) or whiffle ball (limit 20 students).  Students meet at the Gym and are directed by duty teacher out to the back field.

Other

·         Student Secretaires today are Connor Hudson and Claire Deschenes.

·         Attention Variety Show Acts an Crew! There will not be practice today, but will be practice tomorrow.

·         If anyone has found the novel “King of Wrath” can you please bring it to the office so we can give it to the owner.

·         Cafeteria duty today is 8 Linden.​
