Anglophone South School District, in
partnership with READ Saint John, will be offering a Summer School Program for
students for students in Grades 9 to 12.
The program will be held at Sussex High and will have two components as
follows:
July 3 - July28, 2023
English 9,10
Mathematics 9 Essential Skills (9A or 9B)
Science 9/10 Essential Skills (Science 9 or 10)
Geometry, Measurement & Finance 10
Number, Relations & Functions 10

July 3 - 28, 2023 Biology 112, 122 Chemistry 112, 122 Human Physiology 110 English 112, 113, 122, 123 Modern History 112, 113, 122 Law 120, World Issues 120 Financial & Workplace Mathematics 110, 120 Foundations of Mathematics 110, 120 Pre-Calculus 110, 120 A, 120B Calculus 120 Physical Geography 110 Physics 112, 122 Other courses if there is sufficient interest.

ELIGIBILITY
To enroll in summer school courses, students require a minimum mark during the school year of 40%, or special permission from the Summer School Principal.

TUITION FEES The tuition fees are $250 for one course, and $300 if taking two courses.
- Payment may be made through interact e-transfer unless special permission is obtained from the director.

DAILY SCHEDULE
Period 1: 8:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
Break: 10:20 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
Period 2: 10:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Students enrolled in one course attend Period 1 or Period 2, while students registered in two courses attend both periods. Transportation to and from Summer School is the responsibility of the student. |
REFUNDS
A full refund of tuition fees will be issued if:
· Summer School is cancelled due to lack of registrations. (All registrants will be notified through email if the program does not run)
· A student cannot be timetabled.
· The course/courses in which a student has registered cannot be offered due to lack of registrations.
