Students currently have access to their schedule of 2nd semester classes through the PowerSchool Parent and Student Portal (https://sisasde.nbed.nb.ca/public/home.html).
We are currently accepting course change requests for 2nd semester.
All course change requests are due by Monday, February 7th.
We are also accepting applications from grade 12 students interested in the Tutoring and Study Period program. The purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity for eligible students to further develop independent study skills
while giving back to our school community. Students may apply to have one period in the semester available to them for tutoring other students and for self-directed study. Please review the eligibility criteria and expectations of the students within the program
found on the application form at
2nd Semester Scheduling
Students must have a full schedule of five classes each semester. Students requiring an addition of a course to complete a full schedule or those wanting to make a change may submit a course
1. Reviewing our course offerings using the listing of Grade 11 and 12 Courses under the Documents section of our school web site.
2. Discussing their request with their parents/guardians; and
3. Completing the online form:
For privacy and security reasons, you will need to compete this online course change request form using the student Office365 account. When you click on the link, you will be prompted to sign in using your school account.
We will review course change requests in the following order of priority:
a. Grade 12 students with an incomplete schedule
b. Grade 11 students with an incomplete schedule
c. Grade 10 students with an incomplete schedule
d. Grade 12 Students with Graduation & Post-Secondary Requirement Needs
e. Grade 11 Students with Graduation & Post-Secondary Requirement Needs
f. Grade 12 Students
g. Grade 11 Students
h. Grade 10 Students
Students must follow their current schedule until they receive a new one. Updated course schedules will be available on the PowerSchool student and parent portal.
Grade 10 students can only request to add/change their grade 11/12 elective. Grade 9 students are not able to request course changes as the province prescribes which courses they take each year.
Please note: There is a limited number of seats in each course. We will work to accommodate requests as availability permits.
