Remembrance Day Choir
Any choir members interested in singing solo for remembrance day assembly please see Mrs. Pope either Tuesday or Wednesday at lunch in room 024. (Tuesday, Wednesday)
There will be a choir rehearsal Thursday at lunch. Please bring lunch and music. (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Guitar Club
Guitar club will be cancelled this week. (Tuesday)
Halloween Assembly
The Halloween assembly is this Friday Saints so make sure to come dressed up in your best costume!
Jr Boys Basketball Tryouts
Junior Boys Basketball Tryouts, Tuesday Oct 23rd at 6:45 and Wednesday Oct 24th at 6:45. If you have any questions please see Miss Shea in the gym office.

Empty Stocking fund Sabotage!!
It’s that time for year again SAINTS! It’s our annual Homeroom Sabotage fundraiser to raise money for the Empty Stocking Fund. Members of the SRC will be around this morning to explain the rules. The top three classes that sabotages the most wins ICE CREAM for their homeroom.
STM BOOK DRIVE 2012
We are trying to increase our contemporary (i.e. NEW) book collection the Learning Commons. Help us by bringing in your used books and donating them to the school. Your previously loved books can bring new joy to readers here at STM. We are looking for fiction and non-fiction pleasure reading material. Sports biographies, sci-fi series, historical fiction, and teen drama are all areas we would like to see grow in our collection.
Homeroom Competition: The class that scores the most points by bringing in books to donate to the library wins bragging rights and a special treat!
Rules: Books should be published in the last 10 years and be of high interest to teen readers.
Scoring:
1 point = any book published in the last 10 years
2 points = any book on the list provided with your homeroom kit
*10 bonus points, in addition to the above, for bringing in an entire series.
