Announcements Thursday April 11th Boys Rugby Rugby practices will resume this Thursday from 4:30pm to 6pm at PES Field. Players are reminded to get their player forms and fees into Mr. Abbott ASAP. Players are also reminded to have their rugby hoodie order placed with Mr. Abbott by Monday, April 15th. Girls Rugby Your next training sessions will take place at Princess Elizabeth School this Thursday from 5:30 until 7:15. Please dress appropriately. If you need a drive, the bus will be leaving the school to bring the boys to practice between 4 and 4:30 in the gym lobby. Please submit your forms to Ms. Trenholm and your $75 fee to Ms. Shea. ALSO there is a very important meeting at the bginning of lunch for all players interested in playing this year in room 002. Track and Field Students interested in track and field should see M. Dupont this week for information regarding practices, meet date and events available. Model United Nations There will be a research session after school in the Learning Commons on Thursday from 3:30 to 5:00. Saint John Arts Center Program Portfolio 2014 Development Program applications are available for grade 11 & 12 grads--a program with professional art instruction, studio space, curatorial experience and preparing a polished portfolio for those applying for post-secondary fine arts/crafts. Applications due May 27th! Please see Ms. Sheehan in the art studio, room 173. Are you interested in doing a trade after high school? Come to a presentation on Apprenticeship Students in grades 11 and 12 are invited to an information session by the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour. The presentation will be on Wednesday, April 17 during period 2. Students must sign up in advance at the Guidance Centre to attend the session. Reach for the Top There will be an important Reach for the Top practice Thursday AND Friday at lunch in room 232 to prepare for Saturday's tournament. Any students who are interested in joining the team are encouraged to attend and to check out the tournament being held here at St. Mac's on Saturday! Saints in Action There will be a Saints in Action meeting today (Thursday) at 12:20 in the PASS room (221). All members are encouraged to attend, and new members are always welcome. Pizza! Saints in Action will be selling pizza tomorrow at lunch in the main hall. $2 per slice and $1 for a bottle of water. All proceeds will be donated to Free the Children! Grads Grad Fees are due to Mrs. O'Leary by April 30th, pease get them in as soon as possible!
