Good Afternoon, 

 

This is Greg Norton, Principal of Lorne Middle School, here with a few announcements regarding upcoming events 
@ your school for the week of Nov. 26th – Nov. 30th. 

 

Monday, Nov. 26th Home Reports will be issued at the end of the school day. Please sign and return the envelope to your child’s homeroom teacher for school records. 

 

Wednesday, Nov. 27th Parent/Student/Teacher meetings will be held in the school gymnasium from 4:00 – 7:00. 

 

Wednesday, Nov. 27th the Lorne Phoenix take on Prince Charles School in basketball action at Prince Charles 
School. Please contact either Coach Morrison or Coach McDermott for more details. 

 

Thursday, Nov. 29th is the Robo Science Enrichment Program and students are reminded to make alternate 
arrangements for transportation as the program operates every Thursday from 2:30 - 4:30. 

 

Friday, Nov. 30th there is no school for students as faculty & staff will be involved in professional learning day 
opportunities in the morning. 

 

Friday, Nov. 30th Parent/Student/Teacher meetings will be held in the school gymnasium from 1:00 – 3:00. 

 

HEY NORTH ENDERS!! WHAT ARE YOU PROUD OF IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD? Take a picture of the 
North End and it COULD END UP IN A CALENDAR. For more information check out the ONE Change Facebook

The ONE Change YIP operates daily after school programming and regularly scheduled evening programming. For 
more information on how to get your son and/or daughter involved with this free youth programming call the YIP 
office @ 657-2408.
