Forest Hills School We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities April 30th, 2014 This is a message from Mrs. Savoie, principal at Forest Hills School. Just a reminder, but there will be no school tomorrow or Friday for our annual union meetings and professional learning days. Our Home & School is looking for people interested in joining the Home & School Bursary Committee for a bursary that will be awarded in 2014-2015.  If you are interested in joining the committee, please call the school, 658-5338. Once again this year, Forest Hills will be participating in the Saint John Medical Society Fitness Challenge. The challenge runs from May 5-June 15. Students and parents are encouraged to be active and eat healthy every day. We hope that you will join us and help us possibly win $1000. Each day that you are active please log on to www.sjms.ca<http://www.sjms.ca> and record your minutes. You will need to create a login account but it only takes a minute. We have a team for elementary students and one for middle school students. Last year we won third place in the middle school division so let's get active and try to move in to first place this year. Thanks for your assistance! Our Jr. Spirit Leaders would like to support the SPCA-Animal Rescue League.  They are looking for donations of used blankets, towels, food, toys, and kitty litter.  If you make a donation of $1 and bring in a digital photo of you and your pet by Tuesday, May 6th, we’ll add it to the FHS TV slideshow. Remember Falcons, be respectful, be responsible, and be safe! Have a great weekend, Melissa Savoie Acting Principal Forest Hills School We Build Inclusion, Capacity, and Learning Communities Forest Hills School students will become successful, productive citizens fulfilling their passions in life as part of an ever-changing world.
